Fitness Waffles by Adele

Waffles several times a week, why not?🍁  Tasty, super healthy og super easy! Perfect as breakfast, lunch or definitely my favourite after workout meal💪😋


- 5 eggs 
- 3,5 dl oatmeal (flour) 
- 4 ss quark, low fat (Norwegian: kesam) 
- 1/2 ts cardamom
- 1 ts baking powder
- 1 ts vanilla flavoured sugar (or vanilla essence)
- milk, low fat 

Mix everything and add milk until you get a smooth mixture. Heat the waffle iron and pour the mix onto it. Cook until golden. Enjoy❣️
