It’s of great importance to us that our partners have a sustainable production, and that the people working there are treated well. When buying a product from BARA, you can be confident that everyone involved in the production is given a fair wage. We work very closely with our suppliers and do not tolerate any child labour, discrimination or forced labour.
Some of our minimum requirements are:

• no forced labour
• no discrimination
• fair pay
• right to organize and negotiate with the employer
• normal working hours
• right to health care and a safe workplace
• the company must act in an ethical way
• the company must protect the environment and meet all requirements set
