We are looking for a driven person who wants to work for the goal of having the most satisfied customers in the industry!

As a customer service employee, together with the customer service team, you will maintain the service of our e-commerce customers (from all over the world). 

You will be involved in developing routines and templates for how the customer service is to be conducted. In addition, you plan, measure and evaluate customer service operations, as well as communicate daily with our operational manager.

You will be the "customer's voice" within the company, which means that you are expected to help us anchor customer focus in the organization by bringing the customers' wishes and needs forward to your colleagues to always develop the customer experience.

The company is in an exciting expansion phase, which means that everyone at BARA is expected and encouraged to be proactive, to take a lot of responsibility and to constantly work for improvements in processes and routines.

You enjoy taking your own responsibility, being self-sufficient and love working in a team. At work, you are expected to get used to a high tempo and to be able to handle stressful situations.

Requirements

- Experience of working in customer service.
- Data skills 
- Good ability to express themselves in speech and writing in both Norwegian and English
- You will be working more in the summer and other vacations.
